Dr. Ayush Sharma’s Unstable Startup – Aartas Clinishare: Think Twice Before Joining

On January 9th, 2024, I received a call from Sanjeev, a hiring representative from MNR Solutions, regarding a job opening at Aartas. As I was actively searching for a new role, the interview was scheduled for the next day. After successfully clearing the first round, I was called for a second interview, which I also passed. Shortly thereafter, Sanjeev informed me that I had been selected for the position.

However, before receiving the offer letter, Sanjeev informed me that the company had Saturday as a working day, which didn’t align with my goals. I initially rejected the offer, explaining my concerns.

A day later, Sanjeev reached out again, convincing me to reconsider. Unfortunately, as my other interview processes were still ongoing, I made the regrettable decision to join Aartas Clinishare, despite having a gut feeling that something was off.

The First Few Days at Aartas Clinishare

Surprisingly, my first day was better than expected. Within a couple of days, Dr. Ayush Sharma, one of the company’s directors, assured me that I would eventually be promoted to a team lead position and that many decisions would be based on my input. While it was nice to hear, I still had my doubts.

From the beginning, it was evident that the management had very little understanding of the technology I was working with. Despite this, unrealistic expectations were placed on the team, particularly from Dr. Ayush, who seemed to view himself as an Albert Einstein-like figure, completely out of touch with the project’s actual needs.

The Cracks Begin to Show

After about a month, I realized that my initial concerns were justified. The leadership, particularly Dr. Ayush and the product manager Prathamesh Kumbhar, had no clear direction. Their lack of technical knowledge and misguided management style made it increasingly difficult to work efficiently.

While I put in significant effort during the first three months, the disorganization and poor management became overwhelming.

By the end of the third month, I had lost interest in the project. It was clear that Aartas Clinishare was an unstable startup, full of empty promises, lacking proper leadership, and without any long-term vision.

The Unfortunate End

One day, I received a call from Noama Khan, the HR representative of Aartas, to discuss my probation period. She informed me that the management had decided to terminate my employment. This was unexpected, as there had been no prior warnings or communication regarding any performance concerns.

I requested that my full and final settlement (FnF) be completed by the end of the month, and they agreed.

However, despite multiple follow-ups, the FnF process dragged into the next month, and unexpected deductions were made from my final payment. I continued following up for months, but the amount was still lower than expected, with no clear explanation for the deductions.

To make matters worse, I later learned that three other employees had also been laid off around the same time, including one who was in his notice period. When I finally received a response from Dr. Ayush Sharma regarding my concerns, his reply was dismissive and unprofessional, further highlighting the lack of accountability and transparency within the company.

Conclusion

Looking back, I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason. I was able to secure a better job with a healthier work environment the following month. However, my experience at Aartas Clinishare serves as a cautionary tale. This is not a company you want to waste your time or energy on.

If you value your mental health and professional growth, avoid Aartas Clinishare at all costs. It’s a chaotic, unstable startup that makes promises it cannot keep, and you’re better off seeking opportunities elsewhere. Aartas Clinishare review.
