Consistency is key
Most of the time it happens that we start learning a new thing with great enthusiasm at the beginning then after a week or so, Due to repetitive tasks our motivation begins to fade.
The key here is consistency, there might be a time where there is no support and encouragement, and you may even feel that it is out of your capability, No matter how big a step, taking even a baby step will keep you going.
Not Taking Critiques personally
Your closest friends may praise and appreciate you, Which will keep you motivated for sure, But getting a critique will help you grow.
Everyone has an opinion, instead of taking it personally and giving an ego fight back, it’s better to take opinions and critiques from the mentors and the ones who have already mastered that skill.
This doesn’t go to people who try to drag you down to keep you in their league. In that case, it’s better to avoid and move on.
